Delivery Information

IMPORTANT NOTE: Because we have not had a chance to weigh all the products in our catalog, indicated weight of most products has been estimated. As a result, cost of delivery for some orders may be calculated incorrectly. If such error occurs at a loss of a customer, we will refund the difference (only when paying through PayPal) or provide a gift certificate. If an error occurs at our loss, after we notify the customer the order will be updated or cancelled.

General Information

All orders are sent after they are consolidated and carefully packed (Cash On Delivery) or after the payment is cleared (PayPal or bank transfer).

Domestic orders.

All domestic orders under two Kilograms are shipped by Speedex and are delivered the next day to mainland Greece or in two days to remote areas and islands. Residents of remote areas should keep in mind that an additional transportation fee may apply. They are advised to contact us prior to making an order or select ELTA Parcel as delivery method.

International orders.

All international orders under two kilograms are shipped by Hellenic Post Registered Mail. Bulk or heavy (over 2Kg) orders are shipped by Hellenic Post Parcel service. A tracking number will be available for customers' convenience. Delivery times vary between one and two weeks for European Union and Balcan countries to 30 business days for the rest of the world.

Local pickup

If a customer prefers the order can be picked up in store by him or by a courier service he prefers. A notification is sent to the customer when the order is ready for pickup.
